We have chosen to ship the products directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save a lot on storage, transport and packaging costs and offer the products at a reasonable price.
Since we ship the products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 7-15 working days for orders throughout Sweden.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to exceptional circumstances. In uncertain times, unforeseen delays may occur that are beyond our control. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We apologize if this affects your order. That's why we always guarantee FREE shipping, so you don't have to worry about it!
Wrong and/or faulty product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport or that the wrong product is delivered. In such cases, we always send a new package free of charge on the first occasion, but unfortunately we cannot refund the amount. What if it is wrong the second time? Then we will refund the entire purchase price.
Lost package / returned package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund and return.
Delivery when you are not at home or the package is at the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Farlons London has covered the cost of the delivery. If the package is not received or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we reserve the right to deduct £15 from the amount you receive back.
We cover the shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. No minimum order value required.
