Returns and Cancellation Policy
At Farlons London, your satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns and cancellations policy below for a smooth experience.
Returns
Not satisfied with your order? You can return your product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Is the item defective? Please send us a photo via info@farlons-london.co.uk. We may be able to resolve the issue without the need for a return or refund. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive your refund within five business days of receiving the return shipment.
Important:
- Beauty products and items purchased during a sale or with other discounts cannot be returned.
- Returns must be requested via email, after which you will be provided with the return address. Since our products are shipped from different distribution centers, the return address will depend on the origin of your order.
Returns by Post:
- Please contact us at info@farlons-london.co.uk for return instructions and the correct address.
- Please include your packing slip and a note with your order number in the package.
- Please return the product in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Once we receive your return, we will exchange the item for a different size or color, or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Cancellation of Orders
Want to cancel your order? Please contact us immediately at info@farlonslondon.com . If you cancel your order within 15 minutes, we can offer a full refund. After 15 minutes, once your order has been processed, you can return the items as soon as they arrive.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping varies depending on your location (usually between £12 and £24). If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
Why Can't Beauty & Health Products Be Returned?
For hygiene reasons, beauty products (e.g. make-up, hair products, skin care) and personal items (e.g. underwear, bikinis) cannot be returned or refunded. This is standard practice for health and beauty stores to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers.
